‘Baby Mugging’ Is The New Ridiculous Internet Trend

There’s a new fun activity for parents to try, it’s called “baby mugging,” No, this does not include stealing things from your baby.

But rather taking pictures of your child at an angle that makes it look like he/she is sitting in a coffee mug. Yes, this is American fun, today.

Essentially you take a picture while holding a mug close up to the camera, with a child lying down in the background, making the illusion they are in the cup. 

So instead of a cup of tea, you have a cup of baby!?… Something about replacing t-bags with babies, sits a little bit weird for me.

But I can’t lie, as strange as the activity is, it’s pretty much the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen, and it kind of makes me wish I had a baby of my own. KIDDING! (But it is really adorable.)

Even Jimmy Kimmel had some fun with the new trend on his show last night.
