Authorities in Liberia are opening a second centre to treat Ebola patients after the first became overwhelmed.
The first centre was supposed to treat 25 people, but was quickly stretched when 80 patients turned up within days.
The new centre will have 120 beds but may eventually triple in size because of the on-going crisis.
Figures released on Friday showed Liberia had the most recorded deaths of affected countries, at 413.
