Manchester United Shirts With Angel DI Maria’s Name Already On Sale

It’s yet to be signed and sealed, but with Angel Di Maria on the verge of becoming a Manchester United player, sports retailers in the city haven’t wasted any time in heralding the winger’s arrival as the successor to the iconic No.7 shirt at Old Trafford.

Di Maria is expected to be handed the legendary shirt previously worn by United greats George Best, Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo upon the completion of his £60million move from Real Madrid, and it seems Manchester shops are already printing shirts bearing the Argentinean’s name and proposed new number ahead of his imminent arrival.
