Rolls-Royce unveiled its Indian-themed Maharajah Phantom Drophead coupe for Dubai recently. The Carrara white cabriolet features wood trim, green accents and “crème light” leather seats.

“Dubai is the only market in the world to receive this extraordinary, one-of-a-kind Phantom Drophead coupe, which has been two years in the making — not only an incredible coup for us but also a strong reflection of the importance that Rolls-Royce places on this market,” says Osman Abdelmoneim, general manager at the AGMC Rolls-Royce showroom.

The car was inspired by the Golden Age of the Raja, according to Rolls. Over a period of five decades, the Maharajahs purchased more than 840 Rolls-Royce cars. The company says there will be a collection of vehicles inspired by the Maharajahs’ cars, and that this is only the first.

In addition to the unique paint job, the Phantom comes with a peacock emblem, emerald and deep green trim and real wood with inlays. Peacock accents also adorn the headrests and the armrests. A Maharajah peacock clock complements the interior with blue and jade accents.

RR didn’t reveal pricing; we’d guess it’ll be higher than the current price of the Phantom Drophead, which is $474,600.
