Nigeria: Popular Singer Yemi Alade Speaks About Her Secret Romantic Relationship

Sensational Nigerian songstress Yemi Alade recently disclosed that she is in a secret romantic relationship with a Nigerian celebrity.


However, she refused to disclose the identity of her lover.

The entertainer has been alleged to be romantically involved with a number of Nigerian celebrities including Alex Ekubo and Phyno.

In some circles, she is also believed to be in a sizzling affair with her manager Taiye Aliu, but she has come out to defend herself saying that her relationship is her private life and she prefers to keep it as private as it should be.

In a recent interview with, Yemi Alade confirmed that she was in a relationship but refused to say anything further.

“Yes, I am in a relationship, but I prefer to keep it private, no too much talk about it.” She spoke further: “Besides, who I’m dating doesn’t put money in anyone’s account, so?”

On how she’s managed to stay scandal-free and the strategies she adopts, she said: “I don’t go out looking for trouble. I am pretty reserved and that has gone a long way for me, maybe that is why people say Yemi Alade is scandal free.”
