Wife shoots hubby to death because he had a child outside wedlock

A 30-year-old woman in Zambia, Precious Longwe Liteebele, has been arrested by the police for shooting her husband, Akakanda Lubinda Liteebele, to death after she found out that he had a child outside wedlock, Lusaka Voice reports.



It was reported that the shooting happened at the couple's home at the Lusaka's Woodland Extension when Precious pumped five bullets into her husband's body during a quarrel that ensued with the discovery.

Deputy Police spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga, that Precious, an employee of BancABC, shot her husband, also an employee of the same bank, whom she had two children for.

The late Akakanda Liteebele with the two kids the marriage produced.

“Mr Akakanda Lubinda Liteebele, aged 30, was shot five times by his wife Precious."
