News reports have revealed the death of a toddler after his parents attended service, forgetting him in the family car.
The 3-year-old boy reportedly died after he was left in the family's SUV in the parking lot of the Rehoboth Praise Assembly during a heat wave in East Dallas, USA, on Sunday, 24, 2016.
The parents were alerted about their son after a church member mentioned that he was missing from a bible study class.
Following the discovery of the toddler inside the car, the father brought his corpse into the church.
A church member, Reng Om, tells CBS Dallas:
"He was grabbing his kid, and the kid would not move, and saying 'I need somebody help, call the police." I think he wanted to call police but he doesn't speak English.
"They are a perfect family. I'm very upset for him. The kids like to read the Bible. I'm really upset for family."
Following the disheartening incident, police officers have warned about leaving children in hot cars for any prolonged of time.
