Juventus are said to be closing in on the signing of Bayern Munich defender Medhi Benatia.
According the various media reports the Morocco international will be unveiled as a Juventus player this week, putting pen-to-paper on a four-year deal.
The 29-year-old, though, was present at Bayern Munich's training session on Monday and new head coach Carlo Ancelotti is set to speak to the player regarding his future with the German Bundesliga champions.
Bianconeri are in advanced negations with Benatia about the possibility of him joining on-loan with the option to buy.
According to the Turin-based publication, he is not the only player from Bayern chased by the Old Lady with Mario Götze also on their radar.
Benatia, who joined Bayern from Roma in 2014, made 22 appearances for the Bavarian club last season despite suffering three different injuries throughout the campaign.
Arsenal were also said to be interested in signing Benatia, but it now looks more than likely he will sign for Juventus if he leaves Bayern this month.
